Enjoy an off-season short break, from November to Easter*

Exmouth is a great place to visit all year round and Channel View can also offer you short breaks from November until Easter.*

Short breaks run either Monday to Friday OR Friday to Monday

Off-season, we love:

  • wet and windy walks which make hot chocolate taste all the nicer;
  • watching storms from our huge bay windows;
  • the hundreds of thousands of winter waders that flock to our estuary - internationally important for its birdlife;
  • snow on the beach;
  • Indian summers;
  • brambling;
  • beachcombing; the emergence of spring - local beauty spots boast carpets of snowdrops, wild daffodils, blue bells;
  • kite-surfing, climbing, and other winter sports;
  • historic Exeter with its Roman Walls, ghostly tours and award-winning museum.

Short break tariff: £400 set price

Deposit: £100 per holiday flat per booking, balance due one month in advance. 

In the 2024/25 season these breaks are available from 8 November 2024 until 21 April 2025*.                                               In the 2025/26 season these breaks are available from 31 October 2025 until 10 April 2026*.

* NB Short breaks are not available at Christmas

Rarely, we may be able to accommodate late notice short breaks outside of these dates provided they do not affect the main changeover day (Friday).   The tarriff for these will be calculated on a case by case basis, according to the season.
